EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Kindly note that sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange or return.

You may request an exchange under the following conditions:

1. Defective Items

Includes holes, missing parts, wrong items sent, etc.

We’ll replace the item (if in stock) or issue a refund.

2.Sizing Issues

Sizing is based on our product Size Chart.

Minor measurement differences (0.5–0.7") are not considered defects. Size exchanges depend on availability.

Wait for our confirmation before sending anything back.

Ship the item to the address we provide.

Return shipping is at the customer’s cost, unless we sent the wrong item. Use registered mail or tracked courier;

we’re not responsible for lost parcels.

Items sent back without approval will not be processed.
